The Ivers-Lee Group works under the umbrella of ILS Holding AG, Burgdorf/Switzerland, along with the companies Ivers-Lee AG and Ivers-Lee CSM GmbH.

The company’s headquarters are located in Burgdorf, as is the Group Management structure for the Ivers-Lee companies. Centralised functions, such as company strategy, marketing, finance, accountancy and IT, are all run from Burgdorf. The company is 100% family-owned and is not quoted on the stock market.
